This Refund Policy applies to any paid services or digital content offered by Zunqerix through zunqerix.net. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
At this time, the core content of Zunqerix — including all interactive quizzes, editorial articles, and community features — is provided at no charge. Users are not required to create an account or make a payment to access any of the platform's primary features.
This policy will be updated if and when paid features, subscriptions, or digital products are introduced to the platform.
If Zunqerix introduces paid digital content — such as extended quiz packs, downloadable study guides, or premium access tiers — the following refund terms will apply unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase:
Digital downloads and one-time purchases: Given the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed or downloaded. Exceptions will be considered in cases of technical failure that prevented access, duplicate charges, or demonstrable misrepresentation of content at the point of sale.
Subscriptions: If Zunqerix introduces a subscription tier, subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will prevent renewal at the next billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not routinely offered, but requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

We will acknowledge refund requests within two business days and aim to resolve them within seven business days of receipt of all required information.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where no other solution is available.
This policy operates alongside any consumer rights you have under applicable Canadian law, including the Consumer Protection Act of Quebec. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived by contract.
